Lakers Too Much for the Thunder

The defending champs renewed their dominance by sending the Oklahoma City Thunder back to the earth, scoring a 87-79 win as they lead their own playoff series 1-0 over the youthful Thunder. Defense on Durant was the key of the game as Ron Artest continuously harassing Oklahoma's leading scorer and the league's top scorer Kevin Durant throughout the game. Durant finished only with 24 points. Game 2 is set on Wednesday (Philippine Date) on Staples Center as the Lakers will try to take 2-0 lead.
