Named the Defensive Player of the Year, Dwight Howard lean on in his defensive plays, leading the Magic to its easy win 92-77 over the Charlotte Bobcats. Vince Carter, making up on a bad game1 lead all five starters with 19 points and Michael Pietrus came off the bench to hit 3 big 3-pointers. Charlotte got another slow start with Stephen Jackson is the lone Bobcat scoring in the first quarter but made a late rally in the game only to fall short again. Th Bobcats will try to salvage Game3 in their homecourt as they will host the Magic.
In other playoff game, the old reliables Duncan, Ginobili and Parker of the Spurs came up big with a sounding victory over the Dallas Mavericks 102-88.
